Structured snippets are extensions that highlight specific aspects of your products and services. They typically increase ad performance by giving people more reasons to click.

Keep in mind
- Structured snippets show with ads on the Search Network.
- Lower-level structured snippets override higher-level structured snippets. So, structured snippets added to an ad group will show instead of structured snippets added to the account.
How to add structured snippets
- Click Ads & extensions in the page menu on the left, then click Extensions at the top of the page.
- Click the plus button, then click + Structured snippet extension.
- From the “Add to” drop-down menu, choose the level you’d like to add the snippet to.
- To create a new snippet:
- Choose a language and header from the drop-down menus. The header will be shown in front of the values (snippets) you enter.
- Enter at least 3 values.
- Select a device preference to only show snippets on those devices.
- To schedule your extension to show during a particular date and time range, click the Advanced options drop-down menu and enter the scheduling details.
- To add an existing snippet:
- Click Use existing.
- Check the boxes next to the snippets you’d like to add.
- Click Save.
How to edit structured snippets
- Click Ads & extensions in the page menu on the left, then click Extensions at the top of the page.
- Click the extension you’d like to edit and make changes in the window that appears. Click the arrow in the top right corner to see additional editing options.
- Click Save.
