Our Position: We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information.

MV3 Marketing does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their independent use or commercial benefit. We do not engage in the sale or sharing of personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Your California Privacy Rights

California residents have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

  • Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions required by law or necessary for service delivery.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information. No further action is required.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary for service provision.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

  • Contact information provided when you submit a form (name, email, company)
  • Anonymous website analytics data (via Google Analytics 4)
  • Client engagement information for service delivery

How to Submit a Privacy Request

To submit a request to access, delete, or correct your personal information, or to confirm the status of your information with us, use one of the following methods:

Include: Your full name, email address on file, and the specific right you are exercising.

We will verify your identity before processing any request and respond within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice.

Authorized Agents

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on their behalf. The authorized agent must provide written proof of their authorization and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us to confirm the request.

Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing activities.
