Accessibility Policy

Last updated: April 7, 2026

Our Commitment

MV3 Marketing is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

What We’re Doing

  • Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and semantic markup to support screen readers and assistive technology.
  • Color contrast: Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
  • Image alt text: All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images use empty alt attributes.
  • Keyboard navigation: The website is navigable using a keyboard alone. Focus indicators are visible on interactive elements.
  • Font sizing: Base font sizes are set in relative units to respect user browser preferences. Content can be enlarged to 200% without loss of functionality.
  • Link clarity: Links are clearly distinguishable from surrounding text and include descriptive labels.
  • Form labels: All form fields have associated labels and include error messages that are programmatically associated with the relevant fields.

Known Limitations

We are aware that some areas of our website may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We are actively working to address known issues including:

  • Some third-party embedded content (social media widgets, analytics dashboards) may not be fully accessible — these are controlled by third parties
  • Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible — we are working to remediate these over time

We welcome feedback on any accessibility issues you encounter.

Standards and Guidelines

We use the following standards as guides:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines from the W3C
  • Section 508 — U.S. federal accessibility standards for information technology
  • ADA Title III — As it applies to public-facing digital content
