AI Automated Workflows That Hold Up When Something Changes Upstream

We build the automations connecting your marketing and sales tools, real decision logic, tested against edge cases, not a demo that breaks the first time a field is empty.

Quick Answer
What is an AI automated workflow, actually?

An AI automated workflow is a tested, documented sequence that moves data between your tools and applies decision logic, like routing a lead, updating a CRM field, or triggering a follow-up, without a person doing it by hand every time. The difference between a real workflow and a fragile one is what happens on the edge cases: an empty field, a duplicate record, an API timeout. We build and test for those cases before anything goes live.

What This Solves

Why most DIY automations break within a month.

The workflow that works in the demo and the workflow that survives real, messy production data are usually not the same build.

Tested First

Edge cases run before the workflow touches live data

Documented

Every decision point written down, not tribal knowledge

Self-Hosted

Built on n8n; no per-automation vendor fee stacking

Escalation Rules

Defined triggers for when a human takes over

Build time and complexity depend on the number of systems connected and how much of your data is already clean.

The Complete Package

n8n workflow build (per workflow) $1,997
API + webhook connections $1,497
Edge-case testing suite $997
Escalation rule configuration $997
Team documentation + handoff $997
Retail value if scoped individually $7,982
Implementation fee, from $4,997

What You Actually Get

A workflow your team can trust, and read.

Six concrete deliverables ship on every automation build.

01
Decision-Logic Map

A written map of every branch and trigger in the workflow before a single node gets built.

02
n8n Workflow Build

The actual automation, built on n8n so you are not locked into a per-task SaaS pricing model.

03
API & Webhook Connections

Every system connection tested for authentication, rate limits, and failure handling.

04
Edge-Case Test Suite

Empty fields, duplicate records, timeouts, and malformed data tested before go-live.

05
Escalation Rules

Clear triggers for when the workflow stops and hands off to a person instead of guessing.

06
Team Documentation

Written documentation covering every node and decision point, handed to a named owner.

Strategy + Implementation

We map the logic. Then we build it to hold.

A workflow built straight from a whiteboard sketch breaks on the first edge case. We map the decision logic first, then build and test against it.

Strategy: The Plan

Every branch, trigger, and edge case, mapped before we build.

Before any node gets built, we map the full decision logic: what triggers the workflow, every branch it can take, and what happens when the data is not what you expected.

  • 1Current-state process mapping, how the task works today.
  • 2Trigger and branch definition for every path the workflow can take.
  • 3Edge-case inventory: empty fields, duplicates, timeouts, bad data.
  • 4Escalation points defined, where a human needs to step in.
  • 5Delivered as a written logic map before any build work starts.
Implementation: The Ops

Our team builds, tests, and documents the working automation.

Once the logic map is signed off, we build the workflow in n8n, connect every system, and run the edge-case test suite before it touches real data.

  • 1n8n workflow built against the signed decision-logic map.
  • 2API and webhook connections tested for auth and rate limits.
  • 3Edge-case test suite run before the workflow goes live.
  • 4Escalation rules configured and tested end to end.
  • 5Written documentation handed to a named owner on your team.
Our Guarantees

Three guarantees on every automation build.

If we miss any of them, we fix it at no additional charge. Written into every implementation agreement.

You Own The Workflow

Every automation is built inside your own n8n instance or account, not ours. If you ever stop working with MV3, the workflow keeps running.

Tested Before Go-Live

Edge cases are tested against the workflow before it ever touches real production data, not discovered by your team after something breaks.

Documented, Not Tribal Knowledge

A written map of every decision point ships at handoff, so the workflow does not depend on one person remembering how it was built.

Sample Deliverables

What a real automation build actually looks like.

A sanitized view of the kind of workflow checklist your team receives at handoff.

Sample Artifact

Workflow build status

Every workflow is tracked to completion and edge-case tested before handoff, not marked done because it ran once successfully.

  • Decision-logic map signed off before build started
  • All trigger and branch paths built and connected
  • Edge-case test suite run against real sample data
  • Escalation rules tested end to end
  • Documentation handed to a named owner on your team

Methodology

How we build every automated workflow.

Five stages. Same protocol every engagement.

01
Audit

Review of the current manual process and the tools it touches today.

02
Plan

Written decision-logic map: every trigger, branch, and edge case, signed off before build starts.

03
Build

The workflow built in n8n against the signed logic map.

04
Test

Edge cases run against the live workflow before it touches real data.

05
Handoff

Written documentation delivered to a named owner on your team.

Composite Outcomes

What teams report after a tested automation replaces a manual process.

Illustrative composites built from real engagement patterns, not verified individual clients. Used to make the working style concrete, not to claim a specific outcome for a specific company.

“

Our lead routing used to break every time a form field was left blank. MV3’s version handles the edge cases we never thought to test for, and we finally trust it enough to stop double-checking.

The documentation mattered more than the automation. When our ops lead left, the next hire didn’t have to reverse-engineer anything, it was already written down.

We had three different tools half-automating the same task. MV3 consolidated it into one tested n8n workflow, no more per-seat SaaS fees for something we now own outright.

Qualification

This is not for you if…

We hold a fit bar on this service. If any of the below is true, we'll say so on the call.

  • You want a fully autonomous system with no human checkpoints. We build in escalation rules by design. If you want zero human oversight on decisions that affect customers or revenue, we are not a fit.
  • Your underlying data is not clean or stable yet. An automation built on top of broken data automates the mess. We recommend a data audit first.
  • You want it done with no one on your team able to maintain it. We require a named owner who keeps the documentation and can make small changes going forward.
  • You need a single, one-off task done, not a repeatable workflow. If it only needs to happen once, this is not worth automating; we will tell you that on the call.
  • You want us to automate a process you have not actually mapped out yet. We map the logic first. If nobody on your team can describe the current process, we start there instead.

Frequently Asked

Questions buyers ask us.

What platform do you build automations on?
n8n, which is self-hostable and does not lock you into per-task or per-automation SaaS pricing as your volume grows. We can also work within an existing automation platform if your team already has one.
How is this different from Data Connector Implementation?
Data Connector Implementation focuses on moving and reconciling data between platforms so numbers match. AI Automated Workflows focuses on decision logic and action, routing, triggering, and responding based on that data.
What happens when the workflow hits a case you did not test for?
Escalation rules are built to catch exactly that. Unhandled cases trigger a notification to a named person rather than the workflow guessing or failing silently.
Do you maintain the workflow after handoff?
Not by default. Documentation is written for your team to maintain it. An ongoing maintenance retainer is available separately if you would rather MV3 keep managing it.
Can you automate a process that spans multiple departments?
Yes, as long as we can get access to the systems each department uses. Cross-department workflows usually need more scoping time upfront.
